The participant is aware of the potential dangers incidental to engaging in fitness activities. Participant agrees that this is a release of liability, a waiver of the participants legal right to collect damages in the event of injury, death, or property damage and a contract between participant and Zenergi and participant signs at his/her own free will.
I understand it is my responsibility to consult a Doctor before undertaking any health program/fitness regime. I have no illness preventing me from undertaking this class.
Bookings and Subscriptions to Zenergi On-line Classes are personal and non-transferable, the purchaser agrees to not share live classes links and url’s.
The token purchases are non-refundable and can only be used for Zenergi On-line Classes, they can’t be used for face to face classes.
